Pool Rules
Notice from our HOA:
Hello Bella Vista Trails residents. New Pool Rule signs will be installed at the pool in the near future. In the meantime, please be sure to follow some important common-sense pool rules such as:
- NO DOGS in the water or in the pool area (service animals can be in the pool enclosure but NOT in the water).
- NO GLASS
- NO SMOKING
This weekend someone had a dog in the pool. This will not be tolerated and if we identify who did this, access to the community facilities will be removed.

New Website
The community pool will be closed for maintenance on June 15th from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We apologize for the inconvenience.
